It is with great sadness that we have to announce that we will be shutting our doors permanently at 11.30pm on Saturday 16th February. The challenges that face this small business are just too great. We have enjoyed being part of this town and meeting you all. We do look forward to serving you all for the next few weeks, so please pop in.
The Pharmasea is a true independent restaurant of Rugby.
Born out of a passion for good fresh food, drink and live music, with the owners Sarah and Kieran taking influence from the Mediterranean culture on their home for 10 years, the island of Jersey.
Come and see us for an exquisite array of tapas, grill and seafood dishes with plenty of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options too.
All accompanied by classic cocktails, beer from the ‘wall’ and freshly brewed coffees.
Join us for a tipple and let us prescribe you some apothecary magic in our cocktail bar
COMPLIMENTS TO THE CHEF
Our head chef Kieran has over 22 years-experience in high-end kitchens and is one half of the couple who owns The Pharmasea.
After beginning his career in Blackpool, Kieran moved to the Island of Jersey, where the abundance of Mediterranean influenced food evoked a passion for creating stunning seafood dishes, alongside the likes of tapas and mezze.
After working in a host of kitchens awarded Michelin and AA ratings, there’s no doubt that you will enjoy whatever you choose from our varied menu.
